So this build consists on healing your team and staying alive (what is basically what you should be doing as a healer).
Ignore the card levels I put it randomly cause now in OB65 you can only use lvl 4 cards (which is equivalent to lvl 2 back in OB 63) in ranked
Eerie Presence : Well I like to use this card simply because I not really consistent on hitting mending spirits, and if you're consistent hitting it I recommend using it in ranked just to make sure you don't fuck your team because of a long cooldown
Many Goruds : There's no reason to not use this card, Gorud is already one of the most broken skills in the game because it can heal and deal damage at the same time and being able to reduce its cooldown is overpowered as fuck.
Possession : You can actually not use it if you don't want to and use Feed The Spirits instead but you want to stay alive as long as you can and you already have a lot of cooldown reduction with Many Goruds and Eerie Presence
Snake Pit : You can't play Mal'Damba without this card, it helps you a lot by increasing the amount of stuns you deal in the game because of your reload speed
Ritual Magic : You can also replace this card for Feed The Spirits, but like I said in Possession, you want to stay alive as long as possible and you already have a lot of cooldown reduction.
About the items just buy Chronos until you reach lvl 3, and then go for the best red item you have on the situation.
